How to Request Data Deletion

Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

Your full name · Your phone number · Description of data to delete · Approximate date of interactions

We confirm receipt within 5 business days
You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your request.

Deletion completed within 30 days
We will process and notify you once your data has been deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Conversation history associated with your phone number
- Voice messages and transcriptions linked to your account
- Appointment and scheduling data associated with you
- Any contact information we hold about you
